Introduction of Wood Chips Machine:

In order to adapt the need of chemical pulp and various high yield chemical pulp cooking, and also to satisfy the product requirement of grinding chips into pulp, the chipping machine is created. According to the mechanical structure of chipping machine, it can divided into two categories: disk chipping machine and drum chipping machine. Screw plate-shaped chipping machine can cut log and small diameter log with less than 200mm diameter and is applicable to paper pulp factory, forest tree factory, paper mill, thermal power plant, etc. Chipping machine is mainly composed of four parts such as principal machine, coupling, bottom frame and motor, etc, in which the principal machine of chipping machine is composed of cutter head, upper and lower covers, feed inlet and outlet, etc.

 

Features of Wood Chips Machine:

This series drum chippers are extremely robust machines with modern design, suitable for the chipping of round logs, waste wood, bamboo, slabs, planks, log end pieces, pallets etc. The feed material is continuously fed into the chipper by means of a batch feeder or vibratory feed trough. Toothed draw-in rollers with a good grip characteristic draw the feed material into the chipping chamber at a continuous speed. There it is size reduced by a very robust rotor into quality chips and discharged through a stable screen.

Application of Wood Chips Machine:

By the processing, these feed-in materials are turned into high quality, uniform, and multi-application wood chips, which are ideal materials for the manufacture of particle board, MDF and paper pulp. The chips are also well suited as fuel for high intensity burning in modern heating plants.
